Rachael lives in Boston where she works as a Kindergarten teacher and performs locally as an actress, and singer. Lisa is bright, well traveled and also lives in Boston with her six birds, three rats and Personal Care Assistants ? Bravo and Miss Vivian (service dogs) ? one of which she trained herself! Lisa is a Certified Animal Behaviorist and is looking forward to training a new puppy next month for service.Helen worked in Advertising as a Graphic Designer prior to joining the Griswold Home Care franchise family. She developed carpal tunnel from the physical therapy that she did with her daughter Lisa, who has Cerebral Palsy and limited mobility. Helen was drawn to the non-medical home care industry physically and emotionally. Michael, Helen?s Husband, read an article about the organization?s founder, Jean Griswold, who grew a company to care for her neighbors while also tending to her own Multiple Sclerosis.Helen could not be happier with her decision to open the first Griswold Home Care office in Massachusetts in 1991.Outside of work, Helen is passionate about her family, which includes her parrot ? George ? the king of all birds, and Miss Vivian, the Princess of poodles, respectively.Previously, Helen mentored the parents of kids with Cerebral Palsy. She referenced Lisa to provide inspiration to frightened adults. Their truly is a bright light at the end of every seemingly looming tunnel.
