My first date at Greenfield Senior Living Of Perkiomen Valley was horrible because there barely any staff it was just me and one other caregiver was the only aides for 3p to 11p on 4/06/24. I was sent to work memory care and the other lady in personal care and thank goodness I have years of experience to handle the floor myself. But this night was horrible for me because this facility don’t have any washcloth or towels for me to use to do residents pm care. I was told by the other aide and med tech from agency that the only thing to use to clean the residents is wipes and I felt horrible because that not how I work. So I didn’t return back to work because that neglect to these residents who pays a lot of money to live here all we can do is clean their bodies with wipes. This facility needs to be ashamed and shut down on how they are treating their residents in memory care.

Friendly, helpful staff, and a great value.
