Absolutely awful, I thought this was a good place. It is NOT!! Do not trust your loved ones here as management is terrible and only cares about the money. They treat residents like dollar signs, and the direct care/nursing/therapy/social work staff might care but they are treated like they are dime a dozen! How can you expect good care when the people responsible for that are treated as disposable???

I have be meaning to write a review on this place for a long time. My mom was put in here for 5 days for a respite break. My mom had Alzheimers and I was taking care of her at home a long with the assistance of Western Reserve Hospice. Hospice will suggest that you take a respite break and will arrange a facility to take care of your loved one for you . Even though I was supposed to take a break from caring for my mother, I checked in on her every day. The first day she was there I told them she needs bed rails because she wanders and is not steady on her feet. They said they can''t do that because it is a form of restraint. Invoiced my concerns that I was afraid she my fall or fall out of bed. So they put these gym mats down.. well the very next day I get a call that my mom fell out of bed and hit her head!! I was livid. Then they claim they didn''t have one of her medications which I am 100% positive I gave it to them. I always triple check her meds. I had to contact hospice to get more meds for her. Needless to say we went there every day. It really wasn''t a respite break. But I encourage everyone, if you can take care of your love ones yourself please do so. These facilities do not have yours best interest at heart.

Sister in law was here for 2 months she was not taken care of she had a start of a bed sore . It was not taken care of it got infected she when into sepsis shock .she went to hospital the put her on a venalator as soon as she got to hospital . They done surgery on bed sore because it was so infected . Now she is in hospice. They should have took better care of bed sore .they should have seen how bad it was getting and got her to hospital before she went into sepsis shock .they had to have orther people that had bed sores before . If I could give a rating of 0. I would not recommend this place .
