At the Grande Ronde Retirement Residence in the Grande Ronde Valley of Oregon, senior adults can receive top-quality assisted living services while they enjoy premium senior housing. The facility offers one and two-bedroom apartments, each with wall-to-wall carpeting and private bathrooms. The facility offers varying types of community-based care, including assisted living and independent living options. Each resident is assessed by a care advisor to determine their long-term care needs, which allows the facility to give each resident tailored care according to their pre-assessment results. Residents can request assistance twenty-four hours a day, giving them the peace of mind to live comfortably in their home.
In addition to exceptional care, the Grande Ronde Retirement Residence is also known for its active retirement community. Residents participate in social activities at our in house bistro, where they can meet their peers, socialize, and enjoy a goumet coffee or specialty drink. Like other premium assisted living facilities, the Grande Ronde Retirement Residence offers daily meals as part of their senior care routine. The senior care facility serves meals in a communal setting, giving residents a chance to see friends.
Personalized services are available for each resident upon request. If their care advisor determines a person needs personalized services to maintain their health and well-being, they can schedule to receive them on-site. However, the retirement residence only provides assistance with daily living, personal care, and senior living services, like housekeeping and medication assistance. Health care services are not accessible on-campus, however transportation to Grande Ronde hospital is included.
With large one and two-bedroom apartments, nurses on-staff twenty-four hours a day, and an excellent independent living program, it is clear why many consider the Grande Ronde Retirement Residence as one of the best in Union county. It’s exceptional long-term care services make it a highly-regarded retirement community, and many adults tour the facility each year to see its beautiful grounds and amenities in-person. With its convenient location near the Blue Mountains, the Grande Ronde Valley, and a myriad of scenic lakes, seniors are never far from a fun adventure at the Grand Ronde Retirement Residence. I was able to visit with a couple of their residents which we're very happy with. It is a multi-story facility but it was very accessible because there were elevators. They were pretty full and I was number nine on a waiting list. The staff was good. I liked that they had a workout area for any resident who wanted to ride a bike or walk on a treadmill. The outdoors was nice, too. There were people there and it felt very comfortable.

I have worked here for almost a year now and I feel very appreciated as an employee. Management helps staff when needed extra hands. Our residents are like family!! Great place to work and live.

A great place for seniors!❤Also, I believe it would be desirable to have a couple of employees on each shift to just spend time listening to these folks. Love them. Make them feel loved and important. The aids are so busy, not alot of time so stop to visit. It's important for these seniors to feel loved, as many of their families don't visit enough~or at all. Sadly, I saw this while employed there. I'd love this position. 🤗
