An octagenarian dancer has been detained in this facility for over a year and three months for speaking truth to power. She is denied visitors unless within a narrow 2pm to 5pm band of time unless with conservator approval, however the conservators never call back..She is denied vegetarian diet which she would prefer and never receives her mail. The institution simply ciphens SSI money into the upper management while staffing facility with ruthlessly incompetent staff. She woul be better off homeless or in a kennel. She doesn''t meet the five criteria for being detained in a psychiatric facility , but nobody will get her out.
