A family member recently admitted. 1.Two patients in a room and two room (up to 4patients ) shares one bathroom. No disinfectant to be found, when i asked for some, the staff looked at me like i had two heads (but they did give me an half empty container of disinfectant wipes and states.. its so hard to find them here-which tells me they are not always used) . 2. Depending who is cleaning ur room, some people only use the broom, and just empty the trash bin (but reused the same trash bag - which had dirty diapers ) some people will actually mop the floor and change the trash bag. 3. When asked to get non slippery socks (everyone know those hospital socks) for my family member.. i was offered used (washed) one. 4. When asked for pull-up underwear instead of a diaper… i was told they dont have enough so they can only give me one… (i ended up buying on my own and brought them to my family member) 5. Two evenings ago , a patients next door called 911 her self - maybe she felt unsafe and wanted to leave… since the call bell wasn’t being answered who knows.. 6. Every morning when i come in around 8:15-8:30. She is sitting on fully soiled pull up (she tells me no one changed her) and her bed is also soiled. (I ended up changing her bed and wiping her down every morning.(i wonder what night shift staff are Doing) 7.My family member did not get her 8am medication until 11am, when asked the nurse to recheck her BP, she said it fine.. we took it at 9;30. (It was a lie, i was there since 8:15am no one came in the room do anything let alone to get her BP) 8. As i came in the room Found my family member one the floor - called out for help, and all they could say was i was just here.. what happened? I said can we help her up first? 9. They have very few friendly and hard working staff (like 2people and i thank them for trying to do the best with the limited resources)but most of the staff are seem to either be lazy or it could just me over all poor management of the facility.

I find the personnel very kind and caring and willing to help in anyway possible.

This is the worst place. They don’t care about the people in their care. None of the staff knows what is going on. Rude staff.

Absolutely horrendous and the staff steal packages sent to patients there. I was told no package was delivered yet Amazon has that it was handed straight to the front desk. It took me 40 minutes to get back in touch with someone and then they brushed me off and hung up on me. I am absolutely disgust...

Absolutely horrendous and the staff steal packages sent to patients there. I was told no package was delivered yet Amazon has that it was handed straight to the front desk. It took me 40 minutes to get back in touch with someone and then they brushed me off and hung up on me. I am absolutely disgusted and livid. If I didn’t live 3 hours away I would go there and confront these people but don’t worry I have other people who will. I will be making all the necessary phone calls and reviews. They won’t get away with this. This wasn’t some $10 thing try $150. And it’s a huge package. Not small
