Came in late tonight to be seen. 3hours waiting and seen noone. I have watched people leave and say that they were going to other hospitals. After the people leave after being forced to wait, the night staff would laugh and say that it must not be important. After the 3rd person left tonight I decided to write this. I have heard the staff laugh and make unpleasant comments about the people that are trying to receive treatment. I hope the other patients find help in there endeavors. I continue my wait to be seen. August 1 of 2022 , arriving at 10pm and its now 1am.

They lack confidentiality, they all gossip about their patients and you should not trust anybody working here
Brought my young son after a 3 foot fall. Nurses and doctor had us in and evaluated as soon as we came in. Care was amazing, facility was VERY clean. Cleaner than any other prisms facility I’ve been to. I will be back instead of going to Greenville.
