This is the worst place in the United States to deal with, My cousin had to be at Future care cold springs for 6 mts before I took her out of there, the care was great, But when I came from Michigan to Baltimore to pick her up is when the disaster began, the nurse handed me a manilla envelope and said, " here is her meds and her scripts, and her diagnosis paper as well" I trusted the RN that she gave me what she said, we got to Michigan and I took the paperwork out and thinking I was going to find her meds, nope, No meds no medication list and to top it off I received another patients med list and all her info HIPPA LAW WAS BROKEN I STILL AM CALLING THESE PEOPLE TO GET HER MEDICAL RECORDS that they say was emailed to me I never received I ask they fax them to my cousin''s new Dr she said sure she called me back and said she faxed them 3 weeks later we still have not received My cousins medical records, IAM filling a HIPPA lawsuit and I hope the person does the same whom I received her paperwork , THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED UP OR HIRE ALL NEW STAFF

as it is possible that with what is happening in the world, in this hospital they are not working with masks, the director says that they do not need, it seems that he does not know the orders of the WHO or Ops (world health organization)
I am from this neighborhood but now live out of town. I recall this place but it looks much different now. I visited a little over a week ago because my good girlfriends grandmother resides here. She seemed happy. Great job! Her room could use more chairs.
