Very disappointed in the lack of care when I have a billing concern throughout this whole company. I have tried to reach out to the facility where my family member lives, and they never seem to give me straight information so I reached out to the corporate team and was given an answer that I needed some more information on, and was never given anything else after several attempts to try to understand this. I don''t mind paying whatever we truly owe but I would like to know that my family member who is on SS is being billed correctly. I simple 10-minute conversation is all It would take to but I have now been trying to figure this out for over 1 year! I will say that I truly feel like my family member is receiving great care from the staff at Lone Oaks (For how they treat and care for my family member they would receive all the stars in the world) but I believe there needs to be more compassion/care when it comes to questions about billing throughout the whole company.

I have tried to call and no response!! when it says your open 24hrs... and when you press zero to speak with the operator it just says leave a message no one''s there to speak with you....
