Rn Harshan is the best Nurse. She is very knowledgable and caring.
Care is substandard an unacceptable. Covid is running throughout the facility and newly diagnosed patients are being put in with recovering patients. Feed is inedible an nursing staff in unreachable.
with so many 1 star reviews, it goes without saying it''s a consensus that this place is of low quality. Poor staffing and bad hygiene.
good food and atmosphere. there is a shortage of lifting crane, due to that there is a delay for the shower. that is the only reason why i am not giving 5 stars. i suggest purchasing two more lifting cranes. amazing staff.
Rehab Dept was wonderful and the office staff was very helpful, but the skilled nursing part of the place. Needed help not enough help was lefted unattended for hours. Pack a lunch too! The food was cold and no favor.
