My mother-in-law spent her last month of life at Pine Acres and the service, kindness and love shown to her by the staff could not have been better. I would highly recommend this facility as they did all they could to make sure she felt right at home!

I love working at Fountain West, most of these negative reviews are from 6 months to a year ago. And some of these negatives are from former employees who were let go due to not following rules. The place is better now. Residents get The best care they need.

I have always been impressed with the cleanliness & efforts to maintain the facility. My Mother-in-law lived in the assisted living side for a year and we were very happy with the care. My Mom is treated exceptionally well - I highly recommend this facility.
