At first I had concerns when I read older reviews of this facility but after a little while and meeting the manager , Mr Ortiz..I''ve been seeing that my friend''s needs are being met; the place is clean and the staff is nice, Mr Ortiz is always around and taking care of things and you can always come to him with any concerns and he address them quickly and I see him working hard to take care..and my friend thinks the food is really good as well.

My father was transferred there it''s been 2 weeks and i have call numerous of time and they tranfer where only machines seem to work there cause no one can pick up a call and let you know how is your family members is doing .
The manager so rude
I don’t recommend this site for any person. I’m filing a complaint with the Agency for Health Care Administration.
