Where do I start? Maybe with the fact that the nurses are actually poorly trained cnas. Or maybe with the fact that they left a loved one and other visitors loved ones in poor, disgusting condition for an undetermined amount of time. This is not a rehab facility, its where you send someone when you want them to be neglected. Neglect is the key word here. Dirty diaper? why change it immediately when they can leave it for the next 24 hours. Bed sores? well how did those get there when the last time anyone attempted to move the patient was sometime the week before. Incredibly disappointed. If you send a loved one here, then they really aren''t your loved one.

My wife was placed here from AH hospital in Apopka for rehab and was very confused from an ongoing urinary trac infection. She was delirous from the infection and not able to eat, drink, take pills and was diabetic and had high blood pressure. The family was there in shifts and never saw her vitals taken. She had a stroke sometime and was never tested treated or sent to the hospital. Was never kept up to date of her progress in writing, no notes, plan of action, terrrible communication. She was so dehydrated her lips were peeling. Asked for intervenious fluids and was given 1 liter. After 30 days with a urinary trac infection still, she was taken out in an ambulance and spent 10 days in the hospital , she was in terrible shape. This place is understaffed and does not care for their patients.

And she just hangs up on the first ring.. picks rhe phone up then hangs up right away. Again and again. Still to this day wondering what I did wrong, I''d understand if i was mean or rude. But just hang up just for the hell of it thats missed up. Your staff is a joke.
