I’ve had a loved one living here and I had to take them out because the place is disgusting I would never put my love one here they have roaches there not doing anything about the situation staff on night shift always on the clock sleeping residents keep getting scabies , resident are being left in bed wet briefs all night , beds are nasty and not being changed or constantly have falls or getting hurt staff very rude and always sleeping!!!! On the clock!!!

Grand Villa is nice because a lot of us residents enjoy being able to help others and to be surrounded by people that care about you. The staff is amazing, alot of the staff is made up of all stars. The activities here are amazing and they do a really good job making happy hour fun for everyone. I enjoy watching the staff dance and act silly for our entertainment. It truly does look like home and feel like family :)

My parents are residents at Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs and they are happy there. The staff is wonderful, they provide housekeeping once a week. I receive emails from the facility, especially after the hurricane. The move in was easy, but we were on the ground floor near an exit. The meals are excellent, my parents are always telling us how good the food is. I do not have any suggestions for improvement at this time. I would recommend Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs to others.
