The place wasn''t clean,room was dimly lit,when to nurses station stood there about 5min.before anyone acknowledge me,in with 4people at the dest,Queen was in charged she got but to hug a coworker that she hadn''t seen in awhile ,they chatted for about 5mins,she came back and say down ,then I ask to speak to Queen".yes"may I have some paper so that my daughter can sign after I write a statement that you''re to call me on her release or emergency I left some numbers on her stand,but I will bring back notarized copies.The printer didn''t have paper so I waited 5more mind.for Queen to get paper.I wanted Queen to know that I would be back and bring notarized copies. No one called and said that my daughter was released now I don''t know where she is.

I''ve been trying to get in touch with my mother as I''m typing this review. I''ve been calling this center since 7:57 pm today!!!! I''ve called the front desk over 5 times requesting someone to go to my mother''s room to inform her that''s I''m trying to contact her. They place me on hold and said they will transfer me to the nurse station. It''s 10:21 pm and I am still on hold!!!! The phone is still ringing!!!! I''ve been on this phone for over 30 minutes. Someone is just picking up the phone!!! If you have a loved one at this place, please make sure they have a phone with them!!!
