I am an employee at Faye Wright as their RN. I thoroughly enjoy working there. The staff takes amazing care of the residents. The ED is the hardest working man I have ever met. I hope to work there for a very long time.

WROST COMPANY EVER!! Don’t work here unless you want to be worked tell you can’t physically work anymore. They don’t appreciate any of their employees ever. They will bribe you with bonuses if you pick up shifts and us employees who do pick up these shifts have not seen a bonus since. They ask you to work multiple buildings but won’t say thank you. They also talk about communication between the managers and RCC and when you try to get ahold of them as med technician they will not answer and will purposely turn their phones off when you are trying to inform them about families residents. They don’t care, we had someone cut the gas line on the bus multiple times and our manager said to keep driving it like it was no problem!!! I was a employee here worked endless hour, never got lunches because they make you float between buildings and you are taking care of multiple residents so when you get busy and emergency happen you can’t take a break and you will get in trouble for not taking a lunch but they make you float constantly. Again the employees here are so unappreciated by the management every single one of my colleagues are planning to leave because of how the company is ran. Also as a med technician we had some illegal stuff happen and they didn’t care one bit!! DON’T WORK HERE!!!I wish i could give them zero stars because of ghetto this company is I have so much more I can say about what happens in this company but I’ll end this paragraph here.
Read moreI toured this community and I liked it. It's very clean and staff is friendly. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Their only availability was shared apartments, so that didn't work for us. But otherwise, it was nice and we liked it!
I so enjoyed being a part of Farmington square. Been a few years, but my heart is there .
Beware! Be sure and visit the Memory Care Unit before you place your loved one. Rooms are super small and shared. We paid $7800. My sister passed away in 2 weeks, and now I''m being ghosted. No condolences and certainly no respond about a partial refund.
Farmington Square offers high quality senior living in South Salem. They have excellent leadership and compassionate staff, and they provide lots of opportunities for their residents to stay active, socialize, and learn new things. They treat residents like they are their own family members.
