My mom was here for a little over a year. Without getting too far into detail, go anywhere else. There is a constant smell of urine throughout the whole building. No one in the offices ever calls back. Or responds to emails. I understand taking a while to respond, but 6 months later to never is unacceptable. I’ve heard aides and staff be flat out rude to my mother while i was on the phone with her. The elevators need some serious maintenance. The “guest bathroom” on the first floor constantly feels like it’s 100 degrees. My mothers personal belongings went missing. Including her own wheelchair. With HER name on it.

The food is terrible, the nursing department is careless & the physical therapists are lazy & I wouldn''t recommend this place for a dog.

While most facilities have lack of staff, there was a severe lack of accountability for the staff while I worked there. While most facilities have lack of staff, there was a severe lack of accountability for the staff while I worked there. Aides would not show up during their shift or show up hours late with no repercussions. They also would sometimes leave in the middle of their shift. There was lack of supplies including gloves and wipes. And this is during a pandemic. I often times had to supply my own gloves, soap, and hand sanitizer due to the facility failing to provide these things. They also had covid positive employees working in the facility prior to a vaccine being available and putting both the residents/patients and employees at risk. This place needs a lot of work and I would never recommend it for nurses/aides to work there due to the unsafe working conditions and I would never recommend anyone put their family members there due to everything mentioned above.

Absolutely a waste of time don''t believe any promises this place makes you, my uncle needed to be admitted with memory loss and dialysis, that was 3 months ago, they promised to have a room ready for him and promised that they would train their staff for the dialysis. After 3 months of stringing is along and ignoring our messages and phone calls they finally picked up and said they weren''t going to do the dialysis. Don''t waste any time even looking at this place!
