But how is it possible when the only time he''s out of bed is when he''s rushed back & forth to the hospital from numerous infections with his trachea or catheter. I know I lost my precious child at the hands of these heartless monsters!!! I beg you, please don''t make the mistake that I did...you will lose your love ones here. It''s just a matter of when...

Due to covid patients who can''t be in a wheel chair can''t have contact visits...only window visits. We were one of the family''s who our family member can not come outside. They wouldn''t give him our gifts, cards, custom blankets have been stolen "lost" by nurses. They got tired of us seeing this so they put my brother in law in a room where the window was blocked by a bush. We had to get hedge trimmers to cut this bush back to visit with him. They lied and said they had a respiratory nurse and they haven''t had one in a year since he has been there. He has been drowning in his own mucus and sent to hospital countless times due to this. I can''t believe these people call themselves Healthcare workers because only a select few even care.

This place is very outdated. They are always short staffed. They only have about 5 nurses that work here. They have about four to five different agencies in here working. Where to begin. First off, this place is full of roaches. It’s not hard to have a pest company come out once a week to get a problem under control, but they are probably too cheap to fix the problem. Secondly they treat people like they are in prison. Never giving proper access to their family or offering visiting hours that would work for any working individuals. No visits on the weekends and only between 10 and 12 during the week. So a two hour window to visit in the middle of a work week and the middle of a work day. They do t want us to see them because we would see how poorly they are treated. I will be moving my father as soon as I can find another place. He has been here for three months.
