Read moreI am sad to state that WSS was not the best place for my mom. Her room was not cleaned (even the middle of floor as I was told) and the bathroom was filthy. The staff deteriorated and the ones that are there are unsupervised, on phones or leave the unit in groups leaving residents alone. Hard to fin...
I am sad to state that WSS was not the best place for my mom. Her room was not cleaned (even the middle of floor as I was told) and the bathroom was filthy. The staff deteriorated and the ones that are there are unsupervised, on phones or leave the unit in groups leaving residents alone. Hard to find someone on unit. I wrote to the director who is nice but does not appear to really have control over her staff. I wrote a letter with more concerns but never received a call or email response. All inclusive does not mean excellent care especially when the care is lacking. I hope this place gets better for the residents sake.
