Eagle''s Pointe is an outstanding facility that attempts to work with residents regardless of their abilities. My loved one moved into the facility about two months ago. According to my mother, the food is excellent! She also likes that she has a spacious room and can decorate her room anyway that she wants. She has made several friends at the facility, and she enjoys their company. I also appreciate that the rooms have walk-in showers and shower chairs. They have several activities room, but the one that tends to be used the most is the one with a fireplace. My mother enjoys sitting by the fireplace. She also enjoys the snacks that they provide, in particularly, that they provide a variety of options. The executive director, Megan Parks, is insightful, resourceful, and empathetic director. She listens to the residents'' concerns and actively interacts with residents. In short, she''s not the kind of director that hides in their office. She actively engages with residents and steps in when staff need additional assistance. The staff, in particularly, Ms. Judy, is kind and caring not only to my mother but also the rest of the residents. The caregiving staff are very quick in responding to residents'' needs and wants. Tammy, the business coordinator, also actively interacts with residents. She also listens to residents'' concerns. The facility includes a dedicated rehab section in the facility, and the clinicians who come in on a weekly basis to check in on residents are outstanding clinicians. In short, anyone who is considering a facility for their loved one should consider Eagle''s Pointe.

Between Eagle’s Pointe and Somerset Court — which are owned by the same corporation— these facilities are horrific!!! The state is aware of the numerous violations but where do we re-place our loved ones is the only response I was given!!!
