Crystal Bluffs has a wonderful staff and the facility is always very clean. My grandmother has been a long term resident there and the staff caters to her needs. They are also great a communicating. They always go above and beyond.

Crystal Bluffs is not just a skilled nursing facility ,it''s a home away from home. It is so inviting when I visit and the staff are awesome. The staff are always available to help. Crystal Bluffs is one if not the only better facilities in the area. The facility is very well maintained and very clean. They offer quite a lot of activities for all patients. They even have Happy Hour :-) They are always looking for ways to improve the facility for the residents. My grandmother is a resident at Crystal Bluffs and she loves it there. I wouldn''t have her anyplace else. Thank you Crystal Bluffs for all you do.

I had the need for skilled nursing care three times in one year and I was blessed to be able to have my father-in-law, mother-in-law, and then my mother at Crystal Bluffs. MY father in law was admitted as a full time resident and 1 month later my mother in-law was admitted with end stage cancer. Shortly after her admission she passed away, but the care that she received in those last days was excellent. The staff at Crystal Bluffs treated her and our family with dignity, respect and compassion. Two months later with a heavy heart I had to admit my mother with the same diagnosis. The staff loved my mom like she was family. I could never have asked for more from a nursing facility. My family including myself and 3 other siblings stayed the last week with my mom in her room. Crystal Bluffs fed us and comforted us all through such a difficult time. What a blessing it was to know the great care that they all had during the last days of their life. It was a hard year for our family, but we could not have gone through what we did without the love of the Crystal Bluffs Staff. Thank you everyone that touched us and our loved ones in such a special way.

My mother was in the Rehab section of the facility. The care and compassion she received was awesome. The 500 hall staff were the best and are very much an asset to this center. The PT and OT department was great! I could never have imagined how well my mother did with the help of them. We are very thankful for everyone at Crystal Bluffs from the administrative staff, activity and dining staff to the medical staff. Our family thanks you so much for the wonderful care my mother received.
