I researched and even visited many of the assisted living facilities in NW Indiana and found that Crown Point Christian Village met my parents needs more than any other could provide. We first met with Elaine Essary, the Senior Living advisor and the head RN, who were detailed, caring and knowledgeable about Senior care and the Christian Village facility. Since then I have met many of the staff and have visited during meal time, on laundry and housekeeping days and have seen that the staff does indeed care for my Mom and Dad like family. After not being able to give my mom, the care she needed at our house, we brought her to Crownpoint Christian in Village in May 2023. They were extremely helpful during the entire admitting process. The staff are very friendly and polite. The food that is served is excellent. The staff in the activity room are fantastic always have different activities, games, and other things to keep the residents busy throughout the day. They also have church services and Bible studies during the week which are fantastic. When the time comes, this is the place to send your loved one.
