No star should be allowed, but had to pick one to write this review. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DON''T send your love one to this place. This is not the place it used to be. Majority of staff are not compassionate to residents, nor do they allow a resident some sort of dignity. My family member was bed bound, so they were dependent on staff. This review is from 10 different family members who witnessed many of the issues below. A visitor was there almost every day, sometimes 2 visitors to swing the time to be there. Issues: - Came in to visit while noticing curtain open while family member was being changed. Where is the dignity. - Family member was told "you stink" while changing them. How embarrassing for the resident. Were is the dignity. - Family member had waited over a 1-1/2 sometimes before nurse/aide responded to call. Had to wait to be changed and/or family member with onset dementia was rudely talked to "What do you want?" Resident would forget why they called for nurse. Simply coming in and trying to assess the situation and ask how can I help you?, would be the appropriate way to handle the situation. - Found resident stripped down because they were hot. Doesn''t appear that residents are checked on, or the opposite too cold, offer a blanket or turn down A/C. - Had to request for someone to check on family member, due to congestion and pain, as well as for a COVID test. It took 1-1/2 days before we could get a simple review, to only have the wrong resident prescribed Mucinex. No response if COVID test was done. Took family out of place via 911 call, at hospital COVID test was performed and found positive. - Blood pressure was constantly low, but they still administered high blood pressure medicine. Family had to ask if high blood pressure medicine should still be administered. Where is the assessment of a patient? - Another resident ended up in my family member''s bathroom and messed on themself. I grabbed a nurse to let them know and they came in to yell at this person. I simply said I wasn''t mad, just concerned for the resident and thought they needed help. - Food was left on tray, which often times was not close to resident to reach and eat. - My husband witnessed an aide pocketing medicine. - Smell urine in the hallway, floors are sticky, bathrooms are not clean and stocked properly. - Went in as rehab, pushed to Long Term Care, to only push to make the decision of hospice, which we later recanted as no good assessments were provided and shared with family, nor a clear definition as to why hospice. - Night and weekend staff are provided by a staffing agency. Many staff members sitting on their phone. Wow, if they only did their job they got paid for I could only imagine how this place could be a tad bit better. - The list could go on and on. I am sorry for those very few staff members who did care and actually did their job, but all the issues above were too many to let go.

Katie my head nurse was great Michaela rehab director also. Dialysis was tops! Great facility!
Ms Diamond was very gracious as she gave me a tour of the facility. I was also able to speak with a few if the residents, who were very pleasant. The facility appeared and clean and tidy and there were no unpleasant odor.
I found the place very clean amd organized. Much better then the past facility. Patient was obviously well taken care of too. Someone was helping her eat when we arrived at her room. We appreciate the support provided. Thank you!
The rehab was great especially Bridget. Thanks for everything!
