I have been employed by ASC for over 6 years. I have been part of the Countryside team for a little over a year. I love being part of this team. They are compassionate and caring. The building is nice and bright, the staff is so friendly and the activities department keep the residents engaged. My grandma in law was here for rehab last year and my husbands family still goes on and on about how wonderful her care was and have recommended CSM to other families.

The administrator needs to be fired. She knows nothing about respect. Now the nurses and CNAs that work there are awesome. They make the building just like the new DNS Tiffany. She seems to be doing a phenomenal job. All you need is a change of administrator and SS.
I am proud to work with a team of loving and dedicated caregivers. I enjoy the relationships I have with the staff, the residents and their love ones.
