This place is the worst I worked there threw my agency and they were short of staff no linen , no chicks nothing peoplw.walk pass the call bells its sad this place need to get shut down immediately!!!

Determined family member: I was planning to go see Lita on Monday 7/18/2022 at Riverfront Rehabilitation in Pennsauken, NJ to wash, braid her hair, and clean and cut her finger nails as usual. Determined family member: I was planning to go see Lita on Monday 7/18/2022 at Riverfront Rehabilitation in Pennsauken, NJ to wash, braid her hair, and clean and cut her finger nails as usual. I packed everything up and went there at 10:30 am. I got there and went to the lounge on the 3rd floor as usual. I saw the back of a person that looked like Lita, but noticed the back of a head similar to hers. I walked around front of her and saw that her hair appeared done. Dy said that that she attempted to do, but Lita wasn''t interested. I felt her hair because it was up in a beautiful dew with a flower in her hair and it was very moist (she was also fresh looking, smelled no foul odors, and dressed) so, I wanted to know if it was just done as it looked freshly done. I went looking around to see if and who did my sister''s hair? I was told that Nasir did Lita''s hair. I wanted to see the person. I asked where he was. Just so I could thank him. Someone finally took me to him in another room where he was helping another. When I saw this young man who couldn''t be more than his early to mid 20''s, my heart sank to tears. The time, compassion, and care that was taken out for my sister by a young male, not a like woman who could also be in her shoes tomorrow, or a family member that loves her. She has been here for over a year and I have never seen this type of kindness given to Lita by another female or anyone at this facility. There is a much higher ratio of women to men there. I wanted to let someone there know how much I appreciated the kindness given to my sister, but they even had me waiting outside an office for a ridiculous period of time, I called in 2 times immediately after I left, but no answer on the phone. I''m going to make sure this gets back to the facility...Today.

My mother has been a resident of Riverfront for four days and In that time she’s had her clothes and laptop stolen, one visit with physical therapy and no one has changed the dressing on the wound in her leg and it has to be changed daily. Staff did absolutely nothing to help me so I will be filing a police report and seeking legal counsel.
