My husband and I can go on and on about how wonderful Wellmore of Lexington was for my mother-in law from assisted living to hospice care in skilled care. The staff and community were amazing and Cheryl (her nurse tech) still checks on us from time to time a year after her passing. We visited her at Wellmore often and had a standing dinner date in the Bistro every Thursday evening. We will forever be thankful for Wellmore.

I was only here for about an hour, but I found it very clean and very nice. The staff was very supportive in answering my questions. They also showed me where their rooms were. The residents could have a one-bedroom or a shared room. So, I was just really impressed with the whole thing. The person who toured me gave me a lot of information. I told her about the whole situation and she gave me any information to help me out with. So, she was very knowledgeable and I was really happy with her. The rooms were also very spacious. It was nice. My mom would be allowed to bring her own stuff in, which is definitely what I want to do, and she will have her own bathroom. Their dining area was very quaint. There was one big room with all tables in it, and there's a lot of people sitting there watching television. I believe it's their cafeteria type of thing too, where they eat. There were crafts, exercises, and a lot of different things.

My Mom has been at Symphony since 3/4/19. She has escaped and wandered down Brace Rd., had an undiagnosed UTI for 20 daysDr ordered urinalysis, Symphony never did, thanks to my constant policing and doing it myself she received treatment before becoming septic. She has gone 8-10 days without showers, only getting her 2 showers per week as I police her care. She has had so much feces on her behind when I shower her it clogs the drain. Not to mention all the falls she has had, fractured ribs- put back in bed, waking up screaming 40 hrs. later taken to ER then admitted... The staff Jim Ryan ASSOCIATES DEGREE 2 yr degree in nursing is salaried. Although Symphony is always understaffed- violating NJ laws - I have NEVER seen Jim there after 6 pm or on the weekends. He only cares about money and is under qualified. There is not any other RN since2/1220. The LPNs are inexperienced, and rude. So you are paying for an unqualified LPN to care for your relative. I urge you, visit Symphony at 7 pm- you will see the understaffing, your loved ones left in chairs for hours sleeping, no showers, soiled. I have walked in many times to residents unsupervised, trying to get to the bathroom, get up, screaming in corners, walking out in the pouring rain, no aid in sight as they are so understaffed they cannot do their jobs. Symphony is a kennel after 7 pm. Some of the staff are sweet, but they have no experience and make poor medical decisions. I do not worry about my Mom surviving COVID19, I worry about her surviving due to Symphony’s lack of care. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE1 if they are in Symphony , visit after 7 pm, check their shower log, the cate is beyond poor. Sara Cianci RN BSN Also he reviews are basically bogus. My Mom, Elinor Battinieri, has dementia and did not write this review. Tracy is an employee....

Everything I've needed they've taken care of. They get him out, which I like, and the staff work with his abilities.

For what it is, it is perfect. It is very good community. Management has all been fine. The caregivers have been very good. According to the menu, the food seems fine. They seem to have activities that are appropriate for the residents. Housekeeping is very good, and the building is brand new. We haven't had many issues with the maintenance of her room, but when we did, they took care of them right away. I have no complaints.
