Maris Grove robs the elderly of every penny they can get. From the banquet food they serve to parking your car. God help you when you finally pass away. Maris Grove robs the elderly of every penny they can get. From the banquet food they serve to parking your car. God help you when you finally pass away. They will charge you outrageous prices for repainting the apartment from normal living. Charge you $10 thousand dollars for parking in the garage or you can walk across the long parking lots to park your car. There are so many ways of charging the elderly its crazy. Also it’s like living in a Sheraton Hotel, with long hallways of door after door. When you move out, you will wait at the least 6 months for your initial deposit $. So if you want to give them all your money once you pass away move into any one of their apartments you will soon regret it! Do yourself a favor buy a small ranch house with a driveway, renovate it anyway you want and you will still not spend close to what you will pay to Maris Grove!

You wouldn’t believe what they pull once a loved one passes on. I have pictures of my moms empty apartment and there are no white spots that where under where her pictures hung. They say the whole apartment needs to be gutted down to the studs.! Most ridiculous scam we have ever come across in our lives! They are saying it will cost $80 thousand dollars to redo her apartment. If it were not an retirement scam the whole apartment is not worth $80, thousand dollars. They are taking advantage of our deceased mother’s situation. Beware its not the nice place you would think it is. Its no different then living in a Sheraton hotel except its a lot more expensive. Once our parents were there for a year they knew they made a huge mistake! But Erickson makes you sign your life away!
