Administration is horrible. Some of the staff is very caring but they are few and far between. My mother repeatedly said that the staff was rough.

The place is clean and has single rooms BUT that is the best I can say. Mom was in for hip rehab and the doc told us watching for infection was important they did not and now she is back at hospital w..you guessed it..infection. If your staff is slim then quit going after yhe money only and take fewer people.
Read moreIts bothersome to see all the negative comments. I understand them though after reading them while having a loved one in this facility and thats what makes it feel worse. This place is very disappointing and it feels like no one is on your side.
IMO I would reconsider staying or placing your loved one here. Huge communication problems. Doctor changes not noted in computer. Even though there are glass widows to watch your loved one in therapy they prefer you don’t. Questions often cannot be answered during a two hour visit. Took 50 minutes...
IMO I would reconsider staying or placing your loved one here. Huge communication problems. Doctor changes not noted in computer. Even though there are glass widows to watch your loved one in therapy they prefer you don’t. Questions often cannot be answered during a two hour visit. Took 50 minutes after pressing call button to get meds. Pt left on toilet. She came to facility w/ a UTI and never cleared even after 6 weeks. And I see on here that the administrator comments on these reviews but was at lunch when we asked for her. And upon discharge we had no assistance setting up aftercare and home therapy even though the social worker said she would set it up. Our loved one was sent home with skin ulcers / sores that were never addressed and are now so serious we need special wound care. Our loved one’s PCP said she will be looking into this. Yes it is convenient to hospital but that is the only good thing. Very poor in our opinion.

My aunt was taken here for rehabilitation for sciatica. She was there for close to one month. Within the first week of arriving, she mentioned “they thought” she might have a UTI. 3-4 weeks in, she seemed to be progressing with therapy. She suddenly declined within a weeks time and it was determined that she did indeed have a UTI. Not sure why it took so long to find this out if when she was first admitted it was in question. She also had a very small sore on her back. She is now in the hospital with sepsis. According to the hospital, the sepsis was caused by the UTI and the sore that became a wound. She had to have surgery on the wound and now has a wound vac attached to her. Luckily one nurse had the sense to realize something was wrong and got her to the emergency room. I feel she was just blown off and that the staff there just doesn’t really care. Very sad.
Read moreI would recommend this place to anyone the amazing staff Everybody there gives 125% they care about everything you do I’d give it six dollars if I could love them people
