Terrible Health Care Service. I had severe menstrual cramps that I couldn''t handle the pain. I called my doctor, and she told me to go my local hospital. When I arrived to the hospital, I registered myself and waited in the waiting room for at almost 3 hours. I was in pain for 3 hours in the waiting room! Luckily I had an ibuprofen in my pocket which I swallowed. Eventually I felt better, so I left the hospital. The hospital charged me $500, which my insurance cover and I only paid $50. Basically I got charged for registration?! The health care system in community first medical center is “so” messed in so many levels. Literal waste of my time by arriving in pain to this hospital.

Go here if you want inconsiderate and and ignorant people to not help you. I got hit by a truck and taken here the emts where rude and didn''t offer a stretcher for me to get I. The ambulance they just left me by my broken ribs and threatened to put me out the ambulance when I yelled out for them doing so. One of my three scares was wrapped with gauze that sticks and the rest left as is. When I arrived to the er I was met with a nurse demanding I stop recording before they service me when I ask why I was told you just can''t so when I asked for this in writing she threatens to take my phone by force. I was just really confused as to whether I was in a hospital or jail I checked myself out with 4 broken ribs after sitting for 20min with no type of help I didn''t get any pain meds or test evening ordered. 10 mins after getting to NWM hospital I was I the trauma bay with an i.v. and getting morphine. This hospitals staff need extensive training in dealing with patients that come for help not hindrance.

If you need an ER, do not go here. I want to put zero stars but that isn’t and option. The ER here is terrible. I brought my friend who had hurt her ankle and was worried it may be broken. She got checked in and then we waited about 20 minutes for her to be called back. While back there she said at one point the staff member just left her in a dark hallway alone in a wheelchair. They took an x ray then sent her back out and told us it would be 20-30 minutes to read the x ray. Which To me made no sense but apparently their computers had gone down earlier. They called her back again but apparently it was just to ask if she was currently pregnant which is something that needs to be asked BEFORE taking an X-ray. Then after another 2 hours I went up to the front to ask for a new ice pack since hers got warm since we had been waiting so long. The front desk person who I spoke to was basically clueless and very unhelpful. She thought I was asking about the wait but then eventually gave me an ice pack. 20 or so minutes later she came to the door where they bring patients back and called me up to her. I asked that doesn’t she want my friend to come up (the patient)? She said no, so I went up and she gave me my friend’s medical results from the X-ray - which is a HIPAA violation to disclose the patient’s information to someone else. Basically then she said you can stay or go but it’s a long wait (still). So we ended up leaving with the results of the X-ray, assuming all the would tell her when meeting with someone was that they would read over the paper and tell her to follow up with her provider back home (we were in town from out of state). The whole thing was a mess, every single patient either in the waiting room or leaving the ER was upset and expressing that verbally to people waiting. Also the waiting room is not clean at all. Very dirty and it was so hot in there.
