We called to schedule a window visit "last minute" as we were in the area. The facility accommodated us. When we checked in for the window visit. The receptionist personally took us to the location. We waited less than 3 minutes for my Uncle to come to the window. My uncle was escorted by staff member, Beth who was very engaging with my Uncle and family during the window visit. My Uncle appeared to be happy given the situation. He was dressed appropriately and was AAO. It was great to see him. After the visit we brought him back lunch. When dropping off this lunch the receptionist took my Uncle''s lunch right to him as he knew it was hot. Thank you again Colonial Manor for you professionalism and dedication to my Uncle.
