Had a great visit there today. The staff had smiling faces, the facility was clean and the residents appeared to be happy and well cared for.
Upon entering the facility the staff as well as the residents greeted you with a smile and a hello and that was a major plus for me… Good customer service
My Dad was admitted yesterday and in the first 30 minutes, he was given more care than where he was at in Lockhart. I am so impressed with the level of thoughtfulness and care. The activities director told us about all of the things the patients do. We thought that he would want a private room event...
My Dad was admitted yesterday and in the first 30 minutes, he was given more care than where he was at in Lockhart. I am so impressed with the level of thoughtfulness and care. The activities director told us about all of the things the patients do. We thought that he would want a private room eventually but he told us no, he is happy right where he is. He has his window and bird feeders right outside. He LOVES the food and has said that it is hot and fresh! He never wanted to do anything at the old place and now can’t wait to get out and meet some of the other veterans and talk! I am so thankful that we found this place and extra thankful for the level of care he is receiving! All of the staff that I met were nothing but professional and they are so friendly!! Keep up the good work!!
