The administrator at this facility is a racist, and care more about his job title then the residents. They are always short staffed, facility has more bugs then patients, His communication skills suck, when reaching out to him via his company email, he refuse to give me corporate number. Thanks for Google! Hiring folks without even having a Tb test done which is mandatory in this field. Glad I keep a paper trail of all communications with this racist by the name of Gary. Can’t keep employees because he feels as if he can talk to folks any kind of way. Thank god for a better work environment, this facility is not a good place for your love ones if you really care. Replacing everyone but the administrator , he’s the real problem. New DON in things got worst ,so we know that department won’t the problem. One thing good I was able to obtain my license with the help of this company, which allowed me to have plenty of options in this field , so for that and only that I appreciate CHR ⭐️_ _ _ _

Courteous, kind and efficient
Everyone has been so nice and caring. I can see my brother is getting good care. The staff checks in on him periodically and ask if he needs anything.
