Charter Senior Living of Bay City looked real nice. The people were friendly. Everything looked fine there. The staff was helpful. I didn't taste the food, but it seemed to be made in house, so it's probably good. They had a lot of crafts and stuff.

They had it in a way to show off the personality of the people who were in the rooms. They even had little shelves on the outside. They had very friendly staff. They had karaoke when we got there and everybody seemed to be having a really good time. It was great. If I could live there, I'd live there. It's beautiful inside.

The thing that has been most difficult is my loved ones medicine is not in her possession and she isn't able to manage it herself. She is completely able to do it herself but the facility requires the medication to be administered by nursing staff only. The new Director is great. I know they are implementing some changes. My loved one enjoys this place overall. The staff are generally very responsive with her needs. The staff is really a 10 out of 5, they are great!
