Our grandmother has the opportunity to stay here twice, after a fall and while battling pneumonia. Both times the staff at every level were attentive, positive, lively, kind, and professional. The cleaning staff, front desk staff, CNAs, nurses, social workers, PTs, and doctors that we worked with were ever generous with their time and resources. My grandmother mentioned several times how well taken care of and safe she felt in the care of the staff, and the communication with the myriad of family members was excellent. The staff were ever positive with my grandma, even after a bout of pneumonia sent her back. They prioritized her independence without ever making her feel like she wasn''t welcome. We are extremely grateful for the care they provided during a very uneasy and stressful time.

My mother spent some time at Monroe rehabbing from a fall. The staff was good to her and worked with her to get her home in a timely but not too quick way. Three different people that worked at the facility took the time to give their personal cell numbers and they ALWAYS responded when I sent a text or called. I’m not a big fan of theses types of places but Monroe was the best I’ve ever had to deal with. If you or a loved one need this type of short term rehab/care I highly recommend Monroe. 5 Stars *****!

Monroe Health and Rehab has been an awsome home for my dad who has alhimers. Several places refused to take him in but Monroe open their arms and accepted him. They have a bracelet on him arm that keeps him from getting on the elevator or use the stairs. Other than that he can move freely around the floor. He looks great and seems to enjoy his stay. The staff is friendly and courteous and accepts him for what he is and the changes in mood he has.
