The staff have taken very good care of my mother. They keep us updated when anything out of the ordinary happens with her. We go to visit on a variety of days and times and the people there have always been friendly and attentive. It nice to see their kindness and gentleness.
I had A TERRIBLE experience with their in-take staff, which is as far as I got. I had A TERRIBLE experience with their in-take staff, which is as far as I got. They asked what I had for insurance; and, when I said "Medicare", they said they weren''t taking any Medicare patients at that time. When I said, "That''s ok, I can also pay cash", they still turned me away, saying, "We are not allowed BY LAW to take cash, after we''ve refused your Medicare." !??! Just that, and nothing more - not even a, "Let us help you find another facility", or "Maybe we can recommend a therapist somewhere else", or even a "What seems to be the problem? Maybe we can help you find somewhere to go to get the therapy you need." They just refused to treat me, and watched as I walked away. Totally heartless and uncaring people. Thank god they couldn''t take me! I wouldn''t go there now, even if THEY paid ME. Stay away - all they care about is MONEY. These people have no honest compassion in their hearts for those who are suffering, they are just a bunch of soulless robots.
