The rooms/apartments are spacious compared to a lot of other senior living communities. I also like that there are graduated levels of care so mom would be able to live the rest of her life in one place. The residents I met seemed very happy and active, and the community offers many activities and outings for the residents.

Very bad maintenance issues. My Dad has been having trouble with his water for at least a month. They had maintenance working on it for three weeks, before they called an actual license Plummer in. They fixed it, and then the water was scalding hot, they had to come back. I talked to Dad today and water not working right again..He has been taking showers in Luke warm water. He is 90 years old tomorrow, the man deserves to be treated with respect. I don''t know who else is having issues, but this needs to be fixed. The employees are very nice and are trying to help, but their hands are tied.. It the owners responsible to take care of their residents. And I believe the health department might have a problem with it.
