My mom was at this facility for one week. I brought my mom a nice gown and a blanket. They stole them.
Not a good company to work for, refuses to pay my last check and won''t take my calls after putting me in her caller id. Forced to go to the labor board and BBB. Not ok. Would not send my elderly here.

The Cedars staff are absolutely amazing! My loved one has lived at Cedars for about two years now. The staff are compassionate, patient, and kind. They take the time to make each resident feel important, loved, and useful. I believe that they have one of the most difficult jobs that exist, yet they go above and beyond. Even the receptionists contribute to the welcoming atmosphere by always answering the phone with a smile and kindly addressing each visitor. I highly recommend Cedars Healthcare Center to anyone who needs help in caring for their loved one.

This place was so poorly managed it was criminal, literally. Always understaffed and having to use agency nurses who got into nursing to play dress up and get a paycheck. I was gone for 3 days once when they unpreparedly went to 12 hour shifts. Upon returning I found out that 2 residents, we''ll just call them Fred and Robert were dead. Elderly, but vibrant men when I left, toe tagged, body bagged, and cold slabbed 3 days later. This is a buisness. If it comes down to your loved one or the administrator getting a bonus, say your prayers granny. I''m currently writing a book with another nurse about the horrible, shocking things we''ve encountered working at places like this. Cedars earned an dishonorable mention. Please, your loved ones deserve to live.

This review is from one of our Wonderful Amazing family members.. :) Good afternoon Jill, I want to thank you for always preparing such informative weekly conferences. I imagine it is time consuming to prepare for the conference each week, so thank you for your consistent and thorough efforts. Thank you for always patiently answering questions and for doing research to answer questions at future conferences if the information isn''t available at that moment. Thank you for the efforts of all of the staff members to keep our loved ones safe and healthy. It must be stressful having so many people depending on you amidst this pandemic. Your efforts are noticed and appreciated. Thank you for your openness about what Cedars is working on in order to be in compliance with all health and safety codes. Thank you, too, for providing your phone number for emergency after hours situations. I very much admire the dedication you show in providing a positive experience for the residents and their families and POAs. I would like to commend you on how clearly and tactfully you explained how the internal filter for some of the residents has diminished and how this at times causes interpersonal issues. Thank you for recognizing this, making the effort to help residents handle this reality, and explaining it in a relatable and understandable way for everyone at the conference today. Lastly, I would like to nominate Cody for Star of the Week. His passion for helping the residents feel loved, useful, special, and important is so evident. In every interaction I have had with him, he has gone above and beyond. I don''t even have the words to properly express what a blessing he is to have in our lives. Thank you for helping to build such a wonderful community at Cedars. Riese Devan (they/them)
