There was one incident, in which my loved one did not have any clean towels, in their bathroom. The staff is responvise, when there is complaints. My loved one loved one is happy with the food, and has not complained about it. It's a clean facility, the people are nice. The only issue, that they seem to have is with managing day to day chores. Sometimes the clothes are being mixed up amongst other residents.

We observed them working with the memory care residents, and the residents were interacting very well and were happy. We observed them doing some activities where the residents were engaged. The rooms were nicely laid out. They looked like they'd been kept up, and they were safe. They had emergency buttons in the bathroom and where the bed would go. It was just a tiny bit smaller than what I would have liked.
