Reply: slandering is false accusations and NOTHING I spoke of down below was false. All facts there were reported to either the ED by care partners, to HR by myself or to higher ups who told me to address it with HR. It is indeed a fact that twice in the past few months on 2 separate occasions with 2 different residents, they were laying on their floors for hours because they werent checked on. The dementia resident having to be on 2 hour checks! It is fact that a resident that had passed away had not been checked on hourly like she was supposed to have been and this particular person admitted to not going inside to check on them and she was passed away in her chair for hours! It is fact that a resident asked 3 employees NOT to tell anyone of a particular personal incident and one of those 3 went immediately and told EVERYONE! It is fact that ur nursing management was texting and calling employees during working hours to contact them and using residents names and such in texts....hippa violation and I seen it with my eyes! Managers leave on breaks for hours and leave early regularly claiming they use their 2 15 min breaks with their 30 min break, yet they took breaks to make and eat breakfast and lunch daily leaving their dishes in empty rooms! Always making excuses of why they dont have walkies or answer the walkie for care partners needing help. Question ANY of the care partners on ASL side and they will verify this information. But state and HR are fooled. Rules and regulations are not followed. Only time people care is when corporate or oreillys are coming! Everyone steps up their game and pretends to do their job! Current management here is a joke. Managers and nurses breaking hippa regulations regularly. Management doing whatever they want even though the employees are expected to follow rules. Residents being neglected.... Laying on their floors for hours and not being checked on when they''re supposed to be. Bodily fluids being left on residents on a regular basis causing rashes. Daytime employees complain repeatedly about overnight neglect for over a year and nothing has ever been done about. Positive covid tests being disposed of by nursing management. Major intimidation and harassment by management and even when HR gets involved and is given the truth and an investigation is given and witnesses verify the information, everything swept under the rug! MC residents are neglected and are Sat in front of a TV all day. They are yelled at like animals/pets and talked down to. They hire care partners for memory care that have no experience with these types of cases and have no right to be working there. One care partner on ASL side working alone every day with almost full capacity and pagers going off like crazy from residents needing help and care partners are ignored when asking for help on walkies, leaving residents waiting for long periods of time. Residents are miserable here and have voiced it to myself and employees and no one seems to care. They request certain foods at meals and are denied because they didn''t order ahead! They are told they can eat anytime of day but are denied the food made if not eating during the time the kitchen staff approves of. Being told they cant have that side of pickles or that specific fruit because they dont want to open another can from the back! Residents are talked of poorly by staff and management. Worked here for 2 years and witnessed a lot of things. Tried to discuss these things with my immediate supervisor cameron and all he would tell me is "really? I havent heard anything about that." My prior supervisor, Mike, at least tried to squash the bs and discuss things with management at their morning meetings, often walking out because no one seemed to care about the major/ bigger issues. I became like family to the residents and had many of them cry when I said I was leaving due to the harassment and intimidation and then I was banned with no reason as to why. Was told by HR that''s just what the facility decided! So now I can never see my friends/family again.

Cedar Trails Senior Living Community was a great place, but it was further away for us. The staff was extremely nice. They did everything. It was clean. Everything was great about them. They're well-known for their multiple activities with memory care people. It's in the country.
We chose Cedar Trails Senior Living Community because they were very welcoming, very sweet, and very kind. It was clean. The people were very nice. They have a lot of activities. It is enough to keep my parents busy. Their apartments were very nice, very clean, and very spacious for two people. Thei...
