I wish I could give this facility no starts . My Mom had horrible care at this facility. My Mom would be severely sick and they still wouldn’t notice. My Mother’s health has severely declined since her stint at this facility. The DON needs to be removed she does nothing but sits in her office and talk to the staff . My family and I had so many concerns about her care , but when the questions were not what she wanted to answer she would want to talk to her POA. The state needs to go in the place and do a clean sweep . I’m definitely making several complaints to Public Health.

Unfortunately I have to give a 2 star. While most staff are hard working, and great at their job my overall experience as both an employee and as someone who''s family member resided at my view was not the best. Unfortunately the amount of shady business happening in the building led me to quit. Anyone with a conscious would. Management are bullies. And the scheduler tried to use your own personal life to strong arm you into getting what she wants. Pay was good. Also think a good percent of positive feed back on here is from the heads of the building trying to talk it up. But from my personal experience at the end of the day the heads of the building do what''s best for the image of mt. View and not the residents. Loved the residents. And my hard working co workers. But believe they would be much better under new management.

Staff is not very helpful when I called in for inquiries. I was transferred 4 times and was kn hold for over 15 minutes. I hope when I drive a great length to visit my loved one I have a much better experience.
Awful care, grandmother got sick here and they said she wasnt then that she was. She wound up back in the er.
