I see every day how dedicated the staff is in giving the best care to each and every resident, they are all treated like family! I am so lucky to be a part of a team that enjoys what they do each and every day!

This is the second time my family has unfortunately placed our loved one under their care due to Drs orders. You walk into this facility and sadly see most patients wheeling themselves around while nursing staff is attending to themselves. Be it on the phone, watching movies, gossiping in other languages or just flat out refusing to assist. Pray your loved one doesn''t need assistance for anything because the moment you approach a nurse, they greet you back with the most uneducated and unethical responses along with the opposite of a pleasant attitude. Need help eating? Nurse: figure it out. Need help going to the bathroom? Nurse: throws a pee canister your way and tells you to do it yourself. Want therapy? You''ll be met with sarcasm. Your TV doesn''t work? No one knows how to fix it. Want your bathroom or room cleaned? Don''t even ask because it''ll never happen. Band-Aids, used napkins, food, dirt are always present. This is such a health code violation and no one here cares!! INSANE! All in all. If you have no other option, please do your best to find one before placing your family in this hell hole full of zombies and the worst staff.
Read moreI had a good experience while staying there and recovering from foot surgery. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. Nurse Stephenie did an excellent job. Always asking if I was ok and checking on me every couple of hours. She is a great example of a nurse who cares about her patients.
I''ve worked here for over 3 years and I love working here. The staff is great to work with and I love the residents. I drive 45 miles each way, I love it so much!!! I would recommend this place to everyone😀
