Do not put your loved ones here no one pays attention to them.my mom got stictis in her lips 30 days later stictis 15 in her leg .scream for help for long time lost alot of blood.they still everything of hers.she can''t have anything in there.lady push her when shower her .told her she stinks and then when my mother got covid same lady ask my mom if she wanted some Easter candy that I brought there for my mother.my mom goes my mouth hurts with blustery for covid could not even eat candy at the time and my mom goes I wouldn''t eat that candy after her anyways.just rude people in there and they still all clothes shoes blankets and even my mom''s little stuff dog that walk and talk .she said where''s my dog when I went back up home I said someone took that to.what a shame it''s so sad in there.the man that lived there answered the phone all the time at nite said no nurses here tonite.its more like a crazy place.so please watch your love ones close.so sad.

As the Dietary Director at Caring Heights for over a year, I have been very impressed with the team of professionals that I work with and the family atmosphere that is within the facility. The residents are the reason I come back every day. They have so many heartfelt stories and experiences that they share. I enjoy serving them everyday and love working at the facility. Saber Healthcare has been very instrumental in providing the tools we need. During the pandemic, Saber and our team have been phenomenal and are true super heroes! I honestly could say that if I was in need of a nursing facility for rehab or long term care for one of my own family members I would choose Caring Heights. I am very proud to say that I work at this facility and have been given the honor of working to make the lives of the residents better. The smiles on the residents faces could tell a million stories.
