Did without meals because I wasn''t up and was asleep when the carts came out because evening staff was so obnoxious and loud I could not sleep and slept when I could was given a. cookie That tasted like play dough and stale oyster Crackers as a replacement Those at the desk cared more about their sex lives which they discribed in DETAIL Was supposedly sent to the ER I had become."behavioral " but they would not tell me or my family it. What hospital I had been. sent to I looked up my hospital visit online NOTHING about being "behavioral" it was because of my tardive dyskinesia What LIARS Suspicious? I do not recall any of this I was. no longer having hallucinations after 2 days Complained to higher ups was told they''d have been other complaints and nothing was done I will never go back I would NEVER recommend you send your worse enemy there Pt was maybe 4 to 5 times when I was there PT room was a messy seemed dirty and crowded stuff_junk every where evening even made fun of me Saying I smelt of course I did ask for a shower was told it was not my day said I was crazy insane and screwed up stopped after 2 days They knew this My meds never consistant never told what I was being given even when I asked was rudely told"you should know what your meds are" when I asked their name I was told "your nurse" covid test almost daily ask for results never told or got "I don''t know" Do NOT SEND A LOVED THERE AND IF THEY ARE THERE GET THEM OUT ASAP even if you see your worse enemy there get them out no one deserves the kind of care or so called care they do not give whole place was disgusting and dirty was even told to use a dirty used tooth brush and used tooth paste DO NOT BOTHER TO RESPOND RESPOND A CANNED REPLY I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR CALL YOU I AM SO SURPRISED YOU ARE ALL ABLE TO STAY OPEN WITH THE LEVEL OF CARE YOU DO NOT SUPPLY

My mother went to CareOne for rehab to get stronger to come home after a hospital stay. The first 3 weeks went great, we met with case manager every week. I did a telephone review and answered the questions based on these three weeks. They should have had the survey done after she left, because ...
My mother went to CareOne for rehab to get stronger to come home after a hospital stay. The first 3 weeks went great, we met with case manager every week. I did a telephone review and answered the questions based on these three weeks. They should have had the survey done after she left, because things sure changed her last two weeks there. She got Covid and became very weak and tired and then developed a UTI because they were short staffed and it seems no one was helping her clean up, but they assured me she would be strong enough to come home and that she would be reevaluated before she was discharged. That did NOT happen. I picked her up on her scheduled discharge date and when I got her to the car, she could barely stand. My husband and I literally had to carry her into the house. I left a voicemail for her caseworker and as of today, one week later, I have not received a call back. I did speak to the social worker and she had no answers as to why they discharged her in such bad shape. I would not recommend you send your loved ones there.

The bottom line for me was the exceptional care that my loved one received from everyone on staff. Thank you also very much you Took my family out of a very frightening experience and turned it around into a welcoming healing experience.
