It’s my extreme pleasure to thank my PT Shawn and OT Danielle they were key players in helping me walk again. I also want to thank the rest of the rehab team they have all been wonderful. Everyone at Brookside has been so kind and helpful. I highly recommend !

I was recently discharged from Brookside Multicare Center for physical and occupational therapies. I had a broken hip bone from a fall that required surgery followed by therapy to get me walking again. The therapists in the center are fantastic. They worked with me everyday and restored my confidence and strength. I am now home again, after 41 days and able to walk, go up and down stairs and every day I get stronger and more confident in my abilities thanks to the training I received. Did I mention that I am 80 years old. Amazing group of trainers. The care I received from the staff of nurses and aides was outstanding. They are a group of helpful and friendly personnel. I was very pleased my stay in Brookside. Thank you to all the caregivers. Dolores B

I only gave one star because on the tour I took, the photos are a lie.. well, mostly. This was on the list of many facilities to check out for its affordabily. Uhm, well. Part looks nice, but when I saw the rest I wanted to run (which I can’t, maybe a fast limping). The place smelled, not many staff members I met spoke English (it’s on every application a spot to check if you speak english) and was all chipped paint, holes, dark areas & creepy feels everywhere I was shown. I even spoke to some residents & 2 regular visitors that were thankful their family member was not well enough to realize where they really are to have to see what really happens. COVID & flu popps up regularly adding to my turnoff. Yes it was affordable but very deplorable. Don’t walk or run ROLL away from here while you can.

My grandmother was admitted here for 3 months for rehab. We had an amazing experience and thank everyone for their attentiveness and professionalism. Rooms are clean and staff is excellent!
