My Mother recently spent some time here and all of the staff was absolutely amazing. I live in another state and the staff gathered regularly to reached out to me to keep me updated. They really care and go above and beyond. I truly appreciate everyone there. Highly recommend.
I have only been here 2 days and it has been some of the worse days of my life. I have told people I needed a pain pill about 3 hrs. ago and still haven't gotten it. I turned on the light again @ 5:00 p. m. and was answered at 5:30. We have to share a bathroom with 3 other people so you better hope...

We have to share a bathroom with 3 other people so you better hope you don't need to go in a hurry or you will never make it @ times. Some of the staff is rude and don't seem to want to help like getting fresh drinking water. Haven't had any since I have been here. It's now 5:22 p.m. and still no pain pill yet.
Read moreMost staff very nice except for a nurse who is very rude to visitors and patients heard her yelling at an alzheimers patient instead of being nice and redirecting him . Also yelling at a visitor to leave so she can get her work done ! !! This nurse needs to be fired!!!
My mother Twyla Cornwell, passed away from the Negligent care under leadership at this place. Please read, I promise you if you love your parents as much as I did, I WOULD HAVE RELOCATED HER to another place. If I could I would take her home. But during covid era it wasn''t possible..
My sweet friend was not given the care she needed. For her 3 month stay..she was given a crazy room mate that screamed and kept tv on all night.. staff told her they could not do anything to change it. She was forgotten too often for her dialysis. Food was mostly cold with no hope of seeing family...

For her 3 month stay..she was given a crazy room mate that screamed and kept tv on all night.. staff told her they could not do anything to change it. She was forgotten too often for her dialysis. Food was mostly cold with no hope of seeing family in person after Covid restrictions. I talked with administrator, about my concerns... which caused nurses to treat her worse. DO NOT place anyone you love in this facility.
