Respite care stays allow seniors a relaxing time for rehabilitation after a procedure or to give family or caretakers a break. Short-term stays can be tailored to the level of care the resident needs.

One of the worst places I’ve ever worked at , racist staff , corrupt management and unfair treatment towards the staff. When higher up was aware of all the different situations they treated it as if we were kids in school , very unprofessional place
Independent and assisted senior living. Attached is also an SNF, so most needs will be met onsite.

Very High recommendations for the rehabilitation center. Everyone is so professional and helpful. My 98 Year old Mother was admitted. They all were so nice to her and were able to complete her therapy and rehab. The staff in the rehabilitation center were very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Nurses and Aides were fantastic also. Our Family and friends that visited her all expressed how special this place is.

If I could give -0 stars, I would for this place in their incredibly lazy staff. They didn’t help my mom at all. They let her sit on the toilet while she screamed for an hour then my dad brought in food from the house and Chinese place and their fat lazy staff ate my moms food. Absolutely disgusting of the facility I’ve ever witnessed can’t even treat their own patients right or with care. I will be reporting them to the Attorney General And other places. Absolutely terrible get your staff in line. My dad had to pull a liter a half of fluid out of my mom because the doctors and nurses couldn’t do their damn job. Absolutely disgusting.

I just wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent care I’ve had at Brookdale Skills Services. It’s been wonderful and it’s been a big factor in my speedy recovery from knee replacement surgery I had nine days ago. The people have been terrific and I want to especially extend my thanks to Yvonne Vincent, the social worker has expedited my stay here. In addition, I’ve also enjoyed meeting all the patients, learned a lot from them and I’d be remiss if I didn’t give a shout-out to the outstanding meals and attentive care. Thanks so much, Dave Montgomery.

I’m a nurse that works in a hospital so I am well trained. I decided to pick up a shift at Brookdale through the agency that I work for, first time there I worked on the assisted-living side it was fine, good shift. I picked up again because I liked it but this time I worked on the memory care unit, which was fine as well, both times night shift. So then I picked up again for the 3rd time for a Saturday but didn’t make it because I had gotten an email from the agency that I work for that stated I was a DNR (Which means do not return) I was very surprised getting the email because I’m thinking to myself “what did I do to get DNR” but then I remember reading a review on the agency app that there’s a aide that gets all the BLACK (African Americans) DNR. This aide had to be the same person that was working with me the night I worked on the memory care side. It was a night shift, and it was only me and her there. I couldn’t believe it. I contacted my agency that I work for they told me that they can’t disclose the reason why I was a DNR. The only thing that I can think of is because I’m BLACK! I have reached out to take this matter a little further, because this is ridiculous, we come to help the elderly and they DNR us Black people. I didn’t go in that job and do nothing wrong. I never disrespected anyone I went in and did my job and that was it. But there is another review on here that was posted 7 months ago that says the same thing all blacks get DNR that’s sad and I hope that whoever is in charge of that find peace with God because it’s sad till this day that there’s people still prejudice!
