They are great. My loved one is thriving and really enjoying his time there. He likes the staff and the food too. I loved working with [name removed], Executive Director and [name removed]the Community Relations person. They made the whole transition so much better
We loved the community when we toured it. They didn't have availability for my loved one when we needed it.

We chose Brookdale Vancouver Stonebridge because they accept Medicare and only have a one year spend down. It is also 2 blocks from my office so I can stop in frequently. The best thing about the facility is they have a camera safety system. If your loved one falls they know immediately and are on scene. They can then watch the video back to see what happened and if anything needs to change. I would recommend Brookdale to other families.

My sister-in-law stayed in Brookdale Vancouver Stonebridge. I would not recommend Brookdale to anybody. She was there a month and we pulled her because she fell. She went to the hospital multiple times, she lost seven pounds in a week, and her A1C went up to 800. It was decent. It was clean. They were doing remodeling and whatnot during that time. So that is to be expected, but it was respectable and decent. My sister-in-law's room was not cleaned thoroughly when she moved in. We cleaned it, we left it cleaner than when she moved in. We have pictures to prove it. I've got pictures of how dirty it was, how they didn't clean it once a week. They didn't bathe her, they let her decide instead of doing what they should have done, that they were getting $7,000 a month.

We found Brookdale Vancouver Stonebridge for my mom. They can fulfill her needs a lot better than where she is at. It is a memory care place, and that's specifically what she needs. The staff are very professional, very caring, kind, compassionate, and understanding. The place is very clean and smells good. Those are the two big ones. It is also very well organized. They have a salon. I don't know about anything else because it really wasn't our concern at the moment.
Read moreWe moved my mom because they weren't caring for her, she wasn't being changed daily and she had multiple falls. We weren't advised of those falls especially one with a big gash in her leg.
