I know that there is a shortage of employees at times, but all facilities seem to have that same problem. Even so, they are very responsive with any and all questions or concerns. The food is very good. And the staff are very friendly and caring.
I would recommend to others , they have very good staff, nursing, and administrative staff. We picked this community, because of the location, value, and the staff were so inviting and friendly.
Pros- Friendly, great care, good food. Cons - Old facility. However we would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on our experience.

The community made this an easy process and explanation due to the fact the person who I spoke to has had their parent here. This is a community I would recommend to others for their loved ones. The communication with the staff is good and they are very understanding.
We visited Brookdale Northampton. The woman who took us around was very nice. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We sat and had a little lunch. They had three choices, so that was nice. They supposedly have a lot of activities. They even have a van that'll take you to little shopping mall...

They supposedly have a lot of activities. They even have a van that'll take you to little shopping malls, and they have onsite doctors, foot doctors, and somebody who comes and does their hair. They had a lot of good things like that for the people. The room is just one big room and it has a little kitchenette. I think there were maybe two sizes, one was a couple of square feet more than the other one, but it's just one big room. It was pretty clean and nice. Out front, they had some benches and a pretty garden. There was a little sitting area out there.
