The front desk is very rude when answering the phone.
This place need to be shut down every time they get invested the change the name of the company the lady Lynda needs to get rid of no compassion for the clients
I was completely surprised but very put at ease and at comfort with the staff. But they never let me feel anything less but dignified. And for somebody to be going through what it takes to be invoked in the situation such as this , dignity is lot.
Dimensions Living Burr Ridge has been short staffed. Their turnover is frequent. Rarely see the same nurse twice. Their activities department is great and keep the residents engaged. Also happy with physical therapy.
Moms been there a year. They didn't give her the room they promised. On move in day they switched it to a very loud area. When I asked [name removed] said don't worry. Moms been there a year. They didn't give her the room they promised. On move in day they switched it to a very loud area. When I asked [name removed] said don't worry. We can move her later if it doesn't work out. Well now they are just rude and now they want $[removed]to move her to fix a problem they created. I tried calling director but she won't call back. If you decide to move a loved one here get everything in writing because her response to everything is I never said that. Not sure what to do at this point.
