Hello everyone my name is Terrence Townsell, im a resident here room 18 Peppermill. April 13th my light been on for over 3 hours mainly because, i speak up, so im disliked. I told my nurse Aurora around 10 am can i get the supervisor Barb. And the NA they gave me T, i didnt want because she always leave my light on over an hour everytime, she haves me and shes very disrespectful.I had to get ice water from my guest, who came to see me at around 11:45am, this is ridiculous. The nurse Aurora said she would switch me out. Its 12: 09, light been on since 9:00 am, i guess they feel on the weekends they can dog you. Well they right, they doing a good job today, its been over 2 hours since, i talked to my nurse Aurora nothing yet, no supervisor Barb yet. I complain to the state about this same aid T, in the lights being on for over an hour 5 times within a week in a half span. I guess the mad at me. In yes im gonna keep complaing about that lights

My mother Geraldine Iley stayed for about 2 weeks in room 28, while she was there she had a wonderful aide by the name of Lucy . Lucy was always so tentative to her needs and also brought a smile and happiness to my mother , all people in healthcare should have Lucy’s attitude
The aides and nurses treat me really good! T takes good care of me. Alexis, Ms Deb, Renee and Kim always check on me and add songs to my ipad. Ms Louise the nurse always checks on me and make sure im doing ok. I like living at broadview!
I think Photos explain this Place.. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.. My Mother was there for Rehabilitation.. Within less than 24 hours She was removed.. The Bed in Photos was the one she was laying in for Her brief overnight stay.. This Place should be CLOSED DOWN.. FYI.. this took place o...

ADD…. 12/29/23 I find it INTERESTING that just last Week a POSITIVE REVIEW was Given on the 2nd Floor for Cleanliness and Outstanding Staff.. I’m pretty sure that Review was given by an Employee or Relative of an Employee.. SERIOUSLY.. LOOK AT THE PICTURES.. Second Floor Room 30.. Even the Service that brought Our Mother home had Nothing but NEGATIVE COMMENTS regarding this Place.. 2 Women on the elevator were also trying to Remove their Brother that day (12/13/23) they told us GOOD FOR YOU FOR GETTING YOUR MOTHER OUT OF HERE.. People.. Please Reconsider Sending Your Loved Ones there…. WOW.. 1/11/24 look at “3” more NEGATIVE.. NEGATIVE REVIEWS.. 😳😳. EDIT.. EDIT.. EDIT .. Just received a response from whomever this KELLY IS 🤔 a MONTH LATER.. Seems to have MISSED MY COMPLAINT.. Her/their Response is from LEFT FIELD.. Also.. Dont WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE RED FLAG REPORTING.. STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE ON AN INVESTIGATION.. 😂😂 All a JOKE TO THEM… 1/18/24.. 2/10/24.. This Facility has been Sited by State Board of Health ( Columbus) for PATIENT CARE.. My Opinion and Voice WILL NOT BE SILENT.. 3/9/24 Looks like another NEGATIVE REVIEW.. One from a Resident for OVER A YEAR.. What an OUTSTANDING JOB.. ANNA is doing 😂😂 My Voice WILL NOT BE SILENCED regarding this PLACE .
